Mediation Services

Mediation is an informal process, unlike the formality of a Court room or Arbitration hearing.  In Court or Arbitration, a judge/jury or arbitrator will make a decision.  One party wins; the other party loses.

In Mediation, both parties have an opportunity for input.  The mediator remains neutral, helping the parties understand the position of the other.  Together they work toward a mutually acceptable agreement.  Both parties win!

Mediation is easy to access, saving time and money, avoiding the wait times and delays of the judicial process.

Did you know you can still mediate automobile Accident Benefits claims after April 1, 2016?  In fact, it’s encouraged!

Why wait for the Licence Appeal Tribunal to make the decision for you, when you can control the outcome through private mediation.
